HTP's Advanced Food Safety is fantastic for all Supervisors and Staff who are directly involved with food preparation. When you prepare food i.e. take ingredients and create a product which is sold to the public - you are required to be constantly supervising your own SAFEFOOD PRACTICES - (Those matters covered in BASIC FOOD SAFETY) - this course will help you gain Advanced Food Safety Advaknowledge to do that as a natural part of the process of preparing food with care. Some food handlers in Establishments need to have Advanced Saftey Knowledge so they are equipped to ensure safe food practices are carried out by all team members, at all times.

Your Goal as a Food Safety Supervisor is to help other achieve high standards in food safety and know and maintain apprpirate practices.
